Spring 2018: How Do Connecticut Hospital’s Rank?

The Leapfrog Group released its hospital rankings focused on transparency, quality and safety in the U.S. healthcare system. The scores were based on how well each hospital kept its patients safe from infections, injuries, errors and accidents.
In the fall, Connecticut hospitals ranked 30 nationally. This ranking period we are down 16 spots to 46 nationally.

- St. Francis Hospital & Medical Center, Hartford, CT (down from the Fall)
- University of Connecticut Health Center, John Dempsey Hospital, Farmington, CT (down from the Fall)
- Stamford Hospital, Stamford, CT (down from the Fall)
