Medical records are required to initiate a medical malpractice case in Connecticut.

If you have already obtained your own or your loved one’s medical records, be sure to bring them to our first meeting. Our medical malpractice team will begin reviewing them right away. If you do not have your medical records, our office will obtain them on your behalf.
