Middlefield Man Crushed By Truck at Work-Site Accident
Several weeks ago a Middlefield, Connecticut man was crushed by a truck while doing bridge inspections on an I-84 ramp in West Hartford. It is reported that he was outside of the truck when it became unbalanced and rolled over crushing him to death against the guardrail.
OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) has ruled this a work-site accident.
In the state of Connecticut, a wrongful death claim can be filed against an individual or a company whose reckless, negligent or intentional behavior contributed to the death of an individual.
