A new study out of the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and the University of Pennsylvania Nursing School unearthed some troubling information that affects the safety of all children who travel in cars. - 52.2% of parents talked on a cell phone while their children between ages 4-10 were in the car (with 47% of them using a hand-held phone);
- 13.7% of parents use social media while driving;
